Samsung Jitterbug VZW GreatCall revealed that the Samsung Jitterbug J will operate on Verizon Wireless via the open development program. Jitterbug is a renowned cellular service which brings out easy to understand devices and services, according to SlashPhone. The Jitterbug J handset is meant for baby boomers and older Americans. The company has marketed three mobile phone models already and is now offering better rates as well as affordable night plans in addition to other weekend packages.

The Samsung Jitterbug J features a 2.1 inches, 176 x 220, 262k-color main screen along with a 1-inch black and white external screen. It doesn’t sport a camera but offers Bluetooth connectivity.
