Tiny Pictures releases the Radar service for the iPhone

Radar service Tiny Pictures has unleashed the iPhone application for Radar, which allows users to share images, videos and conversations with their friends. The application allows users to take advantage of the enhanced functionality of the iPhone that will provide an exceptional experience to its users.

The Radar service will allow users to share the activity while they are operating some other feature of the phone. This can be very exciting as they will now be able to see what their friends are doing as well. When a user sends images to Radar, friends and family will be able to see those images immediately via social sites like Twitter and Facebook.

iPhone users can mark the images as ‘friends only’ or ‘public’ to restrict others from viewing it. The My Radar feature will enable users to stream images which can also be shared with friends. You will also receive latest updates, alerts and real time information to stay ahead in conversations with friends.

“The iPhone is an ideal platform for Radar, and allows us to follow through on the essential promise of the cameraphone to enable real-time sharing of experiences,” states John Poisson founder and CEO of Tiny Pictures. “We’ve put everything we’ve learned about mobile browsing and commenting into this application, and our goal was to build nothing less than the best mobile photo sharing service for iPhone.”

Additionally, the Radar service opens up new possibilities for sharing mobile content with friends as well as control the view of their posts. The Radar application not only supports the iPhone but they are also available for Windows Mobile, Java, Sidekick and BlackBerry.

The application is available for free, so one can start using the application right away!
