T-mobile resumes Sidekick sales for lesser cost

Sidekick 2008 LX 2009

Making a fresh start, T-Mobile has resumed their Sidekick sales after taking it off shelves in the event of last month’s incident concerning the massive data loss, reports Engadget.

Supposedly, the company is still addressing the consequences of the occurrence which left customers devoid of any access to their data for several weeks. But now it is said that majority of the users have been able to receive most of their data, apart from the photos that are being e-mailed to users rather than being reinstated in the device.

Apparently, Sidekick LX 2009 can now be purchased for $149.99 with a two-year contract and the cost of Sidekick 2008 will be $49.99 with a two-year contract.

Even though sales have re-commenced, we have to wait and watch if the issue has been solved completely.
