The last cloud service that stirred our interest was SkyDrive for Microsoft Windows Phone. SugarSync has now upgraded their app, allowing users to access, edit or organize data on iOS mobile devices through the cloud service.

The SugarSync website will directly sync files and folders from the site’s account to the device over the web. All this can be executed without the hassle of getting entangled with cables as it is a cloud service.

Even files that are not present on the site may be uploaded on the gadgets from any computer. Lastly, this feature will also allow viewing of content on phones from the web.

Mobile gadgets will now appear in the ‘My devices’ link on the main domain. Just a tap will display the list of files that have been synced or are in the process of syncing. It enables sharing of these files right from the web too.

The SugarSync app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. It is on the verge of delivering support for other platforms like Android.
