UnwiredView reports that Sprint has recently launched the LG LX290 and the BlackBerry Curve 8330 in a brand new color called Inferno.

The LX290 arrives with four shortcut keys that can be accessed easily for convenient and easy texting, email, personal calendar and alarm. It sports a QVGA display with 262K colors, GPS (Sprint Navigation) to help users find their location easily, Bluetooth for easy file transfers, Sprint Mobile Email, 1.3MP camera to click clear pictures and a 950 mAh battery for up to 6 hours of talk time.

The BlackBerry Curve 8330 arrives with a QWERTY keyboard, GPS maps and connects to the web with the help of the high-speed EVDO network. The phone possesses a 2 MP camera which also features video recording. Digby allows online shopping and users can download content from RealTone Juke Box and Bplay. Users can also stay connected with their friends through the Facebook for BlackBerry Smartphone application.

The LG LX290 can be currently purchased online or from Sprint’s retail stores for $29.99 with a 2-yr contract after a $50 mail-in rebate. The Inferno BlackBerry Curve 8330 attaches a price tag of $49.99 with a 2-yr contract agreement post a $100 mail-in rebate. This phone, too, is currently available online and through Sprint retail locations.
