The Spice Pinnacle range of smartphones has a new member that goes by the name of Stylus Mi-550 and although we couldn’t find even a trace of the phone on the official website, it has been put up for sale in India. Saholic has pegged it at Rs 15,499 and the mid-range phone is slated to be delivered to interested users in a week’s time, that is, by October 14.
So let’s find out what the Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 has in store for us. It is basically a black-colored phablet that comes enclosed in a chassis with dimensions of 158 x 79 x 9.5 millimeters. Featuring a couple of physical buttons, the device shows off a 5.5-inch capacitive TFT LCD touchscreen capable of rendering visuals in 1280 x 720p resolution.
A 2MP webcam comes in handy for making face-to-face conference calls, while the rear-facing 8MP camera with auto focus, dual LED flash, HD video recording at 1080p and more has been provided for capturing good-quality images. 8GB of memory can be found within the gadget and in case it is insufficient, users can increase it further by up to 32GB.
The Spice phone’s user interface can be attributed to the Android Jelly Bean OS, while its ability to maintain smooth multitasking at all times is due to a quad core processor ticking at 1.2GHz. There’s 1GB of RAM for company and you can expect a pretty long battery life, thanks to a power pack of 2500mAh capacity. It is likely to be packaged along with a stylus.
