What is perceivable at a glance is that most users assert that the smartphone gives the impression that nothing is wrong for a while and then seems to die abruptly.
Consumers then find it difficult to switch it back on and it has been observed that a hard restart, which involves pressing down the power and the volume up buttons together, has worked for some. However, even this action doesn’t seem to jolt other devices from their comatose state.
The absence of a fixed pattern for the reasons of this phenomenon is something that is probably puzzling users as well as the manufacturer. While some attribute it to the handset running low on juice, others have voiced that their smartphones had ample charge left.
Disgruntled customers should be gratified that the company took immediate notice of their problems and have even made an announcement on the official forum addressing the same. A spokesperson has posted that the maker has taken into account the complaints and has even zeroed in on the cause. It will soon be sending out an implementation for the solution through a software upgrade.
