This promotional slide discloses the video resolution of the handset to be 4000 x 2000 pixels and the presence of a 20MP Exmor R sensor camera. Users will also find that the company has bestowed the gadget with a decent 2.2MP webcam.

Some of the other features of the handset that have been unearthed by the grapevine over a period of time include a 5-inch or bigger touchscreen with the Triluminous technology. Apart from a 2.2GHz chipset, potential customers can expect the phablet to tag along 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage which is probably expandable using a microSD card and a power pack of 3000mAh capacity.

The Xperia i1 Honami launch event is expected to take place on September 4, which means the phone will be present at the IFA 2013 in Berlin. And we have no option but to wait for the company itself to confirm all of these rumors.
