Sony Ericsson Xperia Pureness gets priced

Sony Ericsson Xperia Pureness Handset Sony Ericsson has revealed the pricing details for its new low-end handset called the Xperia Pureness, reports Engadget. The Xperia Pureness was announced by the company earlier this month. The handset is said to be a perfect blend of artistic craftsmanship and modern technology. This new handset is said to be made available via various non-carrier retailers throughout UK.

The Xperia Pureness is a pretty basic candybar phone that features a translucent display. The handset is said to eliminate various features like GPS, camera, WiFi, and touchscreen that are found in majority of the handsets available in the market. Reportedly, Sony Ericsson views this handset as an iconic niche product that is not targeted for the mass-market.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Pureness candybar handset will be made available this November. The handset is expected to retail for around £530 (approx. Rs. 42,165). The specification list of this handset is still under wraps but we do hope to hear more about the handset in the weeks to come.
