Sony Ericsson has already released an array of mobile phones for the Mobile World Congress 2008 at Barcelona. Now it’s again ready to release a new mobile phone which belongs to the Walkman series known as Sony Ericsson W980i.

Ben Padley, Head of Music Marketing, at Sony Ericsson explained, “We wanted to design a leading music player that we could combine with a feature-packed phone, all the while pioneering an audio experience that always left you wanting more. The W980 will surpass all expectations.”

This W980i walkman phone is known for its unique audio enhancing technology. It has superior sound quality which allows the users enjoy music. It also has an Intuitive music access and control.

Since W890 has Clear stereo which enables the music to sound like the original recording. Clear bass delivers distortion free sound even at higher volumes. The handset has a built-in FM transmitter which allows you to send whatever’s playing on your phone to other devices with a built-in FM radio receiver.W980i has a storage capacity of 8GB internal memory which allows the user to store up to 8000 songs.
