Samsung has just stepped into the role of an operating system manufacturer by introducing its Bada OS. Now according to the Samsung Mobile Innovator page, the company is withdrawing its Symbian support service from December 31, 2010.

The message notifies all its Symbian developers regarding this issue and suggests that they download any required documentation from the forum before it shuts down. The Symbian Forum is scheduled to close on December 30, 2010 at 01:00am. All the Symbian Content will be removed as the Forum puts down its shutters.

Moreover, developers have been requested not to post new discussion board queries after December 10, 2010 since the Symbian Lab.dev will be shut down by 01:00am.
