Samsung unveiled a new mobile phone called the Samsung S7220 aka Lucido (meaning sleek in Italian). The new slim device will be releasing for the UK market with several features and functions that would make communication easy.
Boasting of a slim design, the Samsung S7220 phone is merely 11.8mm in thickness and features a 2.2 inch QVGA AMOLED display screen. The phone equips a 5 megapixel camera that comprises of features like autofocus, Face detection and Smile Shot that should allow users to snap clear images.
The Samsung S7220 phone supports Quad-band GSM and 7.2 Mbps HSDPA connectivity. People who like traveling can take complete advantage of the A-GPS navigation capabilities via Google Maps.
Additionally, the phone integrates a FM radio that will keep users in tune with latest hit songs and news updates. The Samsung S7220 phone also supports a microSD card slot that should provide an extra storage space. The phone has a built-in accelerometer and supports Bluetooth as well.
The Samsung S7220 phone will be available in UK from April. The pricing details of the phone are not yet revealed.
