Clove is currently offering the Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G builds for £316.80 and £418.80, both price being inclusive of VAT. The tablets arrive as unlocked versions and are drenched in a silver color. For now, it’s the 16GB variant that is tagging along the ‘Buy’ option seen on the retailer’s website. The 32GB model should drop in anytime soon.

As for Carphone Warehouse, the slate can be picked up for a cost of £299.99 with no contract attached to the sum. It is currently up for pre-order on the seller’s official website. Like we already mentioned, the tablet will be vended on August 22.

Carphone Warehouse Galaxy Tab 2

Playing the proud successor to the Galaxy Tab, this gadget packs in a delicious Ice Cream Sandwich treat. We can expect the manufacturer to meld it with Jelly Bean at a later stage, though there’s no official confirmation as of now. It is outfitted with a generously proportioned 10.1-inch WXGA PLS TFT screen with a 1280 × 800p resolution.

The device is embedded with a rear 3MP snapper as well as a front-facing VGA sensor for video conferencing over the web. It is DLNA-compatible and supports expandable memory of up to 32GB. A dual core chipset clocked at 1GHz operates within its exterior. In terms of connectivity, the slab offers USB 2.0, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v3.0.

Going by the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 price and release date information, fans have roughly a week more to mull over it.
