The Samsung Galaxy S Advance price and availability details have been disclosed as it gears up to toddle into the UK with Gingerbread onboard. It will begin shipping in the country starting April 30 via carriers like Vodafone and Phones 4u among others.
The device features a 4-inch screen, dual core 1GHz processor and HSPA 14.4Mbps connectivity as its main highlights. As mentioned above, the Gingerbread OS mingled with the company’s TouchWiz interface should provide prospective users with noticeably intuitive navigation.
Simon Stanford, Vice President, UK & IRE Telecommunications & Networks Division, Samsung UK and Ireland, cited, “We’ve been pleased with the response we’ve had from customers, partners and media since announcing the Galaxy S Advance in January. As with many of our smartphones before it, the Galaxy S Advance features a screen which uses our Super AMOLED technology so anyone that buys one will experience unparalleled color and vivid clarity when viewing any content on the device.”
Needless to say, the Samsung Hubs are right in place to offer access to a range of content like games, books and music. The communication service ChatOn is ready at hand for group conversations and instant messaging. Another attribute dubbed FindMyMobile enables tracking of lost handsets via the web and provides security by remotely deleting the data housed by the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy S Advance price and availability details were not mentioned in the official press release. But it can be picked up via Clove UK for £322.80, and for £329.99 through Expansys. As stated above, the device will hit store shelves on April 30.
