Coming as relief to tech enthusiasts mulling over the cost of the next generation phablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Vodafone price in Germany has now been revealed. The smartphone-tablet hybrid is expected to operate on the carrier’s LTE network in the said country.
Just as expected, this generously proportioned device could be far from being light on the pockets as it’s priced at around €639.90. The details were apparently seen on a placard at IFA that probably drew the attention of folks over at Engadget. Moreover, the original Note is still retailing via AT&T for $549 as an unlocked version. It sure will be interesting to see what the US service provider has in store in terms of the Note 2.
To start things off, the gadget relishes the sweetest Jelly Bean OS. Its HD Super AMOLED screen spans through 5.5 inches and proffers visuals in a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. Needless to say, the S Pen stays in place with a range of tools such as S Note, S Planner, Shape Match, Formula Match and a lot more. An 8MP BSI sensor with autofocus and LED flash is affixed to the rear, while a VT 1.9MP imager flaunts itself on the front bezel.
In terms of connectivity, the manufacturer has thrown in a wide assortment of features covering S Beam, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Samsung AllShare Play & Control, USB 2.0, Bluetooth v4.0 and more. Layered with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, the gadget packs in 2GB RAM coupled with a 1.6GHz quad core Exynos chipset. It will ship in 3 memory choices of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, while there’s an expansion slot for a 64GB as well.
Considering that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Vodafone price in Germany is out, phablet aficionados in the US can expect a similar price range too.
