In the chunk of devices unleashed at IFA, Clove has released the HTC Desire X price and release date details. The retailer is vending the smartphone as an unlocked version and it will be available in color choices of black and white.

According to the information, prospective users can lay their hands on the phone for £228 inclusive of VAT. It is expected to hit store shelves sometime late September. Along with this cookie, the seller is also offering the Sony Xperia J and the AllShare Cast Dongle for the Galaxy S3. Other high end devices such as the Ativ S, Note 2 and Galaxy Camera should follow in soon, says the seller.

Running through the principal specifications, the handset sports a 4-inch Super LCD screen rendering visuals in a resolution of 800 × 480p. It binges on the Ice Cream Sandwich platform that gets some assistance from the integrated HTC Sense 4.0a skin.
