If this rumor is to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 US release date could just fall this October 24. We have a reason to consider this, as the company is sending out ‘Save the Date’ invites which hints that the country might get this smartphone-cum-tablet next month.

The guys over at CNET inform that the device will be hitting five carriers by mid-November with U.S Cellular being the first to receive it in late October. Other network providers include Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon that have not yet spelled out the price and availability details. The source also goes on to say that Samsung might throw a grand opening for its next big thing.

Customers will have 4G LTE for web browsing and they can add an extra 64GB of storage via the built-in microSD card slot.
