The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 India release date is expected to fall in the first week of October through online retailer Snapdeal. The smartphone cum tablet hybrid is currently up for pre-order on the seller’s official website as well as Samsung eStore.
The pre-booking price sums up to Rs. 1,000 on Snapdeal and prospective users will get an email once the stock is out. Customers who have reserved a device are entitled to receive a Rs. 1,000 discount on its actual retail cost. For a quick recap, this smartphone plays the proud successor to the Galaxy Note.
The device sports a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen proffering a 16:9 aspect ratio. Perched on the rear is an 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash, while there’s a front-facing 1.9MP snapper for video calls. The S Pen has been included in the second generation Note as well and a number of utilities such as S Note, S Planner, Shape Match and more have been thrown in to enhance its usability.

It provides 16GB or 32GB or 64GB of internal storage that can be extended with the assistance of a microSD card of up to 64GB capacity to meet additional memory requirements. Though the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 India release date via Snapdeal is pegged for the first week of October, the manufacturing company is yet to come clean about an official launch in the country.
