The Samsung Galaxy series has become one of the successful pages in the company’s portfolio. After introducing four new handsets in this lineup, the manufacturer appears to be ready for tossing out another smartphone. A post on the official Metro PCS website flaunts the new Samsung Galaxy Indulge at the price of $399.

According to the web page, this Froyo-enabled handset runs on a 1GHz Hummingbird application processor. The smartphone has been touted to be the first LTE device on MetroPCS. Further, an early release date could potentially make it the first of its kind across all U.S. carriers.

Outfitted with a 3.5-inch HVGA display, the Indulge will come equipped with Swype support for enabling easy text key-in. In addition, its Wi-Fi ability is said to wheedle a comprehensive connectivity performance for users. Though no image has been flashed alongside the handset’s features, rumor mills suggest that it could be the much-hyped Forte as well.

We’ve not heard an official word from Samsung or MetroPCS on this front yet.
