Sagem P9522, a chic mobile phone designed by Porsche

Porsche Sagem P9522We think its kind of a trend these days to release fashionable phones exclusively for stylish consumers. So welcome the Sagem P9522, a unique phone designed by Porsche. We are assuming the phone signals the return of Sagem in the mobile arena.

With a candy bar make and an aluminum chassis, the P9522 is fabricated solely for those who love to flaunt their mobile device. Quite a noticeable feature of the phone is the Porsche font on the device accompanied by some classy Porsche design.

The Sagem P9522 boasts of a 5 megapixel camera, a 2.8” touch screen with reinforced mineral glass and a really neat built-in fingerprint reader. It is also packed with some Wi-Fi connectivity, a built in GPS receiver and a microSD card slot to satiate your additional memory needs. A downside of the stylish phone is there’s no 3G.

The handset appears to be quite basic in terms of technology. Well maybe the Porsche brand should get the phone selling. The touch screen competition is getting pretty tough these days and Sagem could have come up with something much better.

In case you are in for stylish and branded phones, get ready to cough up about $875 by October 2008 for this ultra-chic handset.
