The game allows players to share the spotlight, stress, and the associated fame or embarrassment of throwing out a first pitch. The game appears to be inspired by the nastiest failures in first pitch history.

Players have to tap on the screen to set the First Pitch target in motion and then tap once more when the ball is over the catcher’s mitt to throw a strike. The game is easy to play and apparently offers a perfect way to pass the time during the stadium commute, pre-game downtime, or all the commercial breaks between innings.
