Bluetooth headsets accompanying most of the phones isn’t something new in the mobile arena these days. Plantronics recently unveiled its latest entrant into the mobile accessory segment in the form of the M100 Bluetooth headset. At 8mm, the M100 puts to fore its ultra-slim, lightweight attire bundled with advanced functionalities.
The M100 is said to emit superior audio performance with dual microphones, wind-noise reduction and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology. Simple to setup as well as use, the M100 provides convenient voice alerts for remaining talk-time, low-battery, mute, and connection status. An on-screen battery meter enables users to monitor on-screen battery meter.

Users can pick this swanky accessory in varying color choices such as Glow Green, Electric Blue and Sparkle Pink. Moreover, the Multipoint technology allows pairing one headset to two Bluetooth devices.
The battery life is claimed to offer up to six hours of talk-time and 10 days of stand-by time. The in-box contents include soft gel ear tips in three sizes along with an optional ear loop for prolonged wearing.
The Plantronics M100 carries a price tag of $79.99 ESP and will be made available in August through Plantronics’ website, Best Buy and Radio Shack. The availability will extend to additional retail and carrier stores and in Europe, supposedly next month.
