Nolo introduced the Plain-English Law Dictionary App for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Through this application, users can access about 4,000 legal terms and definitions via their phones irrespective of time and place.
The content provided by the application is aptly compiled and edited by a team of lawyers. It presents important legal definitions, Latin terms, courtroom jargon and contract basics along with the latest words.

The content offered by this application is also available on a book available in the market. The application was created by Tim Martin and is loaded with numerous features. It facilitates hassle free, powerful and flexible search. The search can be carried out by inserting the keyword or term in addition to searching within a definition.
They can look for words by first letter or by term category along with viewing the word of the day by simply shaking the iPhone. As an exclusive feature, the application recommends a lawyer in the desired area. It requires no Internet connection to function and just by clicking a button users can also suggest a word.
