Photobucket announces mobile photo service for T-Mobile

Photobucket T-Mobile logo Photobucket has launched an innovative mobile photo service exclusively for T-Mobile. The new service enables you to send photos from your mobile phone to various destinations like a Photobucket album, email address or a PC hard drive.

The Photobucket service provides an easy way to save your precious photos to the Photobucket album directly from the mobile phones. T-Mobile users can download this application for a free 21-day trial to select handsets including the Blackberry Curve, BlackBerry Pearl and three Windows Mobile phones.

Once you download the mobile uploader software, it will ask users where they would like to upload their photos. With this innovative service, users can share their special moments with friends and family instantly.

“Photobucket is excited to work with T-Mobile to make photo sharing on mobile handsets even easier,” states Alex Welch, President of Photobucket. “By broadening the options that T-Mobile customers have in porting their photos, the Photobucket Mobile Uploader for T-Mobile gives users the most complete photo sharing experience possible.”

“T-Mobile is pleased to be working with Photobucket to expand the offerings that help our customers stick together,” added Venetia Espinoza, Director, Mobile Applications and Partner Programs, T-Mobile. “Partners play an essential role in ensuring that our customers have access to new, innovative experiences and Photobucket provides a great experience for sharing spur-of-the-moment photos with family and friends.”

You can create a Photobucket account for free and then link the T-Mobile phone to the Photobucket online album.

Users can also purchase the full software for a special holiday one-time purchase price of $19.99.
