Philips to introduce V808 Android handset?

Philips V808 Smartphone Philips recently launched the Xenium X830 which was the sixth Philips phone to be launched this year. It apparently was the first Philips handset to possess a camera that had more than 3.2 MP. Philips had yet to launch an Android phone.

Now, Philips has manufactured its first smartphone powered by Google Android OS called the V808. According to Engadget, apparently leaked images of the phone have recently emerged from China. The power of the phone was not on when the pictures were taken. Therefore the user interface utilized in the phone is not known.

The V808 apparently possesses a 3.2-inch 320 x 480 HVGA display and may arrive with a 3.2 MP camera for taking clear pictures and video recording. Its dimensions are 115 x 61 x 14 mm. This phone may arrive with a Xenium brand as the current trend seen among Philips phones.
