This smartphone will be resistant to water and dust. It will also be incorporated with a slim bezel featuring a 4.3-inch high viewing quality Quarter HD (QHD) large OLED display. The Japanese company aims to use this global model as a basis to extend its series of smartphones and reach a sales figure of 1.5 million in Europe for the coming fiscal year.

The Systems and Communications Company was developed by Panasonic in April this year for managing products and services related to network, mobile and system communications. There are also plans of achieving an overseas smartphone sale of up to nine million units in the fiscal year that will end on March 31, 2016. For fuelling this scheme the company reveals that it will be using Europe as a stepping stone to the global market.

The company hasn’t yet revealed the name or specific pricing details of the upcoming smartphone.
