Otterbox brings new lineup of rugged cases for the BlackBerry Storm2 smartphone. The lineup includes three stylish cases called the Impact Series, the Commuter Series and the Defender Series.
The Otterbox Impact Series case has its back and corners designed with an inner coring that offers extra protection. Ideal for users with an active lifestyle, the case comes with a self-adhering clear protective film that acts as a secure shield to protect the phone’s screen from scratches. The case weighs around 31.45g and its dimensions are 117.05mm x 68.58mm x 18.67mm.
The Commuter Series is designed with a reliable silicone mid-layer. With one-piece custom molded polycarbonate shell and exposed silicone corners, the case dispels forceful impact away from the smartphone. The case offers a self-adhering clear protective film that protects the device from undesirable scratches and helps in preserving the look of the screen. Designed for style freaks, the case offers a sleek look and easily slides into pockets and purses. At 25grams, the case measures around 116.1mm x 66.28mm x 18.1mm.

Otterbox also releases the Defender Series to provide robust protection for BlackBerry Storm2 smartphones. The case blends three layers which include Self-adhering clear protective screen cover, hi-impact polycarbonate shell and silicone skin to safeguard the phone and its screen.
The Acoustic vents over the speakerphone and headset speaker offer clear audio transmission. The case also provides an isolation foam on the microphone that prevents unwanted dirt and dust. The innovative case protects all ports with silicone plugs and also allows easy access. The Defender Series also brings a holster style swivel belt clip for effortless carrying. The Defender Series case’s dimensions are 119.95mm x 73.70mm x 21.15mm. It weighs around 51.80grams.
The new cases for the BlackBerry Storm2 smartphone protect the device against drops, bumps and shocks. It permits easy access to the device’s features, buttons and ports. Impact and Commuter Series cases come with an installation card that offers an easy screen protector application and a microfiber cleaning cloth. The pricing information of these cases is unclear.
