Users muddle-headed about how to manage their day-to-day communication may now sail on a smoother wave. Onebox has recently proclaimed that its iPhone Voice App is now available as a free download at the iTunes Store.

The new app enables Onebox subscribers to facilely manage voice messages and make calls from any location, and integrates many of Onebox’s versatile voicemail management tools. When using Click to Call, users’ Onebox number will show in the caller ID screen on receiving someone’s phone.

Voice messages are quickly converted to text and automatically sent to the iPhone, while messages can be easily organized by searching voicemail to text transcripts. In fact, stored contacts can now be called directly from the iPhone via speed dial using current Onebox number, thanks to such app.

“For years, Onebox has provided mobile professionals with a comprehensive Web-based toolset for managing day-to-day communications,” stated Ken Truesdale, vice president, voice services for j2 Global. “The iPhone and BlackBerry apps extend that functionality and feature set to the field, giving mobile professionals greater freedom, flexibility and efficiencies in handling day-to-day business.”

Further, the Onebox virtual phone system embraces an auto-attendant with a customized, professionally-recorded greeting, multi-level menus, call routing, voicemail, faxing, conferencing and administrative tools for tracking usage and managing users’ day-to-day communication. Plans range from a single individual user to business setups requiring 20 or more extensions.
