As we know Nokia’s latest N96 has successfully sustained its place in the markets. It comes with one of the fastest network rollouts ever seen in the mobile phones market. Well, Nokia has added a new color variant of this handset in the N-Series range known as Nokia N96 Quartz. Taking its name from its exterior casing, Quartz Nokia N96 sports a silver finish. The Nokia N96 Quartz has been released on the O2 network in the UK.
Some of the features of the 128g Nokia N96 are a dual slide design with one side revealing the media playback controls while the other side allows easy access to the numeric keypad, impressive 2.8″ colour screen, Carl Zeiss Optics 5 MP camera, video functionality, onboard GPS, rapid Internet connection, 16GB storage capacity and runs on the Symbian 9.3 OS. Measuring 103 x 55 x 18mm and weighing, it offers remarkable quality of graphics and clarity.
O2 Direct, the network behind the name will not be stocking this new phone. The consumers interested in the N96 on an O2 tariff will need to purchase their handset from an independent retailer or dealership.
