Entertainment systems that don’t string along the mess of tangle-happy wires have rarely failed to interest people. The official Nokia Beta Labs blog is now offering a sneak peek of the Nokia Play To app for those toting phones running the Symbian^3 mobile OS. The software enables wireless connectivity between the handset and any DLNA capable device on the same network to experience enhanced photos, videos and music videos on HD screens.

Once the app is installed, it delivers streaming with ease and simplicity. To start off, users need to select the DLNA system that they wish to connect and also the track or photo or video that they want to play. The media content on the phone can be browsed by the DLNA-enabled devices like a PS3, Blu-ray player or a home theater system.

The Play To app basically ensures streaming of media content without any hassles of connecting wires and cables.
