Nokia fans can expect one more slider by the end of this year. Few images of the upcoming Nokia 2220 slider were recently spotted, reported Techfresh. With a pink touch, the handset may grab the attention of tech-savvy ladies.
Reportedly, the entry level mobile phone is based on S40 and supports dual band GSM connectivity (900/1800 MHz). The Nokia handset features 128 x 160 TFT display. Just with 10MB of internal memory, the Nokia 2220 slider does not seem to offer a comprehensive multimedia experience.
The handset packages a 3.5mm headset jack, an FM radio, Opera Mini along with a VGA camera. Similar to the other Nokia handsets, even this phone is equipped with a robust battery that offers up to 8 hours of talktime and around 400 hours of standby time.
The Nokia 2220 is expected to hit the stores before the advent of the New Year. The slider will carry a reasonable price tag of $100. Apparently, the handset will be made available in black, white, blue, green and violet colors during launch.
