Google Nexus One has just got one more reason to make users wag their tongues. Nexus One phone has recently received an all-new over-the-air software update. The new update comes with some great new features, and fixes a few problems.

Google Goggles mobile application will now be available directly on users’ phone by launching it from their All Apps menu. Users can now use their Nexus One camera to start searching the web.

Quite impressively, Google Maps application will be updated to a new version, Google Maps 3.4. This particular update will come equipped with starred items synchronized with maps.google.com enabling users to access their favorite places from the phone or computer. Google Maps 3.4 version will also make it easy for users to search for places they have searched before.

In addition, Google Maps new version will automatically change one’s screen at night for easier viewing and driving. Well, the latest Nexus update now offers an unrivaled pinch-to-zoom functionality, where the handset includes a new pinch-to-zoom mechanism in the phone’s Browser, Gallery and Maps applications.

Further, the update comes with a general fix to help improve 3G connectivity on some Nexus One phones.

Users will receive a message on their phone’s notification bar. Just download the update, wait for it to install, and gird up to experience these latest improvements.
