Users can choose among several optional timeslots, and decide whether they wish to arrange a face-to-face meeting, phone call, audio conference, textual chat, web conference or video conference. The Neat-call app quickly locates the optimal timeslot for conducting the meeting. Users can easily connect the system by email, Web, and SMS through their mobile phone.
“Even if you want to arrange a meeting, where all participants use the same calendar, it can take hours to find a time slot that is good for all of them. Making a lot of things easier, the app can automatically update participant’s calendars. Before the scheduled interaction, a reminder is sent to all attendees and the system offers to connect them.
