India’s leading telecom company, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) has launched a new scheme, targeting the Delhi people who constantly have to make calls to Mumbai. If you have a cell phone and it costs you a hell of a lot of money while making a call to Mumbai then here is a very simple and cost-effective way to reduce the calling budget.
With the new MTNL scheme, Delhi locala can call Mumbai from an MTNL PCO that will charge them just Rs. 1 per minute. All they need to do is dial the code ‘9522’ followed by the number that needs to be dialed for calling.
At present, over 60,000 local PCOs’ are in progress in the capital state of the country. Thus, all the localities can benefit by this scheme. This is the best try to make PCO cheaper than landline numbers and attract huge amount of people to use this operating service.
Some time back, MTNL had also introduced Mobile TV in India and Delhi.
