Announced a couple of days ago, the price and availability details of the Motorola Razr are now out through Clove UK. The newest Motorola smartphone operates on Android Gingerbread and comes incorporated with 1GB of RAM.
Also known as the Motorola Spyder, the trim device is powered by a 1.2GHz processor and measures only 7.1mm thick. It is embedded with a bright 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced display which claims to present detailed, clear and rich images to users. The latest Motorola handset sports a splash-guard coating engineered through nano technology and comes incorporated with Corning Gorilla Glass.
Its 8MP camera lets wielders capture videos in 1080p. Users are permitted to alter the Bluetooth and GPS settings after reaching home to save on battery. This smartphone, possessing a Kevlar fibre back cover and is preloaded with the MotoCast app which allows users to stream or download music and photos directly from up to five PCs.
Tagged as a ‘business ready’ device, it features government-grade encryption that secures the calendar, email and contacts. Running on a 1780mAh battery, the phone is equipped with the Motorola Smart Actions app by which users can automate specific tasks including toning down of the ringer on entering the workplace.
Clove UK will start stocking the Motorola Razr beginning from November 1. The price reads at £379, or £454.80 inclusive of VAT. The retailer’s blog also hints that an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich can be expected in the future.
