Motorola has announced two new Bluetooth headsets called the Elite Sliver and the Elite Flip. Delivering good clarity, bass, definition and sound depth, these devices come integrated with NFC technology which lets users pair them with their phone via a mere tap.

The freshly launched headsets offer an extended roaming range of up to 300 feet and are incorporated with CrystalTalk dual-microphone noise cancellation technology. Both devices are capable of working with the My MotoSpeak application to read and send text messages hands-free. They feature HD Audio Plus which reportedly aids in improving clarity and delivering more defined sounds through true wideband audio.

“Seamless integration of elegant design and new ground-breaking technology make Motorola Elite Sliver and Motorola Elite Flip, the obvious choices for consumers from the tech savvy to the fashion conscious. In designing these headsets, we built custom software to deliver new user experiences. Multiple technology advancements such as NFC, HD Audio Plus featuring wideband audio and My MotoSpeak provide an additional layer of superior and innovative functionality,” commented Yossi Cohen, senior vice president, Companion Products, Motorola Mobility.

The Elite Flip is capable of providing a talk time and a standby time of up to six hours and twelve days, respectively. Its counterpart, the Elite Sliver delivers a talk time of up to fifteen hours when connected to the accompanying protective charging case. The My MotoSpeak app can be downloaded for free from the Android Market.

While the Motorola Elite Flip comes with a price tag of $99.99, the Elite Sliver headset is priced at $129.99. They are scheduled to be available online at store.Motorola.com starting October 24.
