Moodagent For Android

People usually add a lot of music to their handsets but often land up listening to the same tracks over and over again. Syntonetic recently announced that the Moodagent app is available for all Android devices running OS 1.5 or higher versions. Android users who happen to be music enthusiasts can now enjoy music in varying ways depending upon their mood.

This application creates mood-based playlists with the help of touchscreen sliders. These sliders are labeled Sensual, Tender, Happy, Angry and Tempo. The app helps patrons create playlists by changing the sliders or by seeding a song for the whole playlist consisting of tracks with a similar mood. The hide/show slider function specific to the Android version allows for swapping between sliders and the playlist.

Moodagent enhances the fun quotient as it enables patrons to share musical tastes with friends and followers on Twitter or Facebook as per their convenience. In addition to all these features listeners can control the number of songs integrated into a playlist, which may include 10, 25 or 50 songs. What’s more, this app provides a single slider setup that helps refresh or create multiple playlists.

Another appealing function permits listeners to lock a track in order to make sure that a specific song appears in each new playlist. They can also stop a track or an artist from being added to playlists. This app is out in various languages, namely, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish. The Nokia version of Moodagent is available as Playlist DJ for touchscreen and non-touchscreen handsets.

Moodagent is now available on the Android Market as an ad-supported version for free. An ad-free version is set to be released across select countries for $5 soon.
