Employers as well as those searching for jobs can now benefit from the newly released Android application by web portal Monster India. Users seeking employment can now be updated about their progress while on the go through this Monster India Android app.
The application has been created considering the huge chunk of young working professionals of modern India and to provide them with a flexible 24 X 7 platform to search jobs according to their convenience. Users are enabled to view and apply to job postings directly from their Android handsets, thus managing their accounts in a convenient manner.

This app is handy for employers to post and manage job postings. They can also search and filter suitable resumes. The company has announced the launch of its new employer/ recruiter interface on its WAP portal as well. They have updated the portal with newer and supposedly improved features. The app and the portal appear to make the process of finding the right candidate for the job and the right job for the employment seekers, easier.
