It seems that Microsoft is gearing up to unveil a new set of phones. Gizmodo reveals a few sneaky snapshots of the Microsoft phones.
The Microsoft devices are claimed as the Pink phones and are apparently dubbed Turtle and Pure. Reportedly, these phones may be manufactured by Sharp which will share branding with Microsoft. Even the Sidekick hardware for Danger was designed by Sharp which was released two years ago.
Probably, even the Pink handsets are targeted towards the same customer base as that of the Sidekick. The Turtle bears resemblance with the Palm Pre, however the latter presents a more sophisticated design. It can be guessed from the images that the Pure packages a conventional slider looks with soft angles and circular keys.
Rumor mills say that the Pink phones will offer Zune services. Apparently, these Microsoft handsets will also have their own app store. None of the details of the Pink phone are official as of now. So stay tuned to get the latest details about the Turtle and the Pure.
