Meffys Award 2008 Finalists: Two Mobile Games from Konami Digital Entertainment

Konami Mobile Games Meffys who recognize and honor the most influential mobile entertainment players from around the world have nominated two Mobile Games from Konami Digital Entertainment, Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 and Metal Gear Solid Mobile. The Meffys awards which invited 21 countries around the world has brought down the count to five finalists and the final results are expected to be announced by May 8, 2008 in Cannes with a lavish dinner party by Meffys.

The favorite game of soccer player, the Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 has been chosen for its one of a kind player controls that allows players to tackle the opposition with a flowing short pass game, pass the ball using long up-field passes and aim it with perfection and excite yourself with the attacking dribbles and one button control system which fits perfect for the Mobile arena. The game’s popularity takes a steep rise with popular players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Michael Owen endorsing the game. The Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 displays best quality graphics and animation teamed with a realistic soccer gaming experience, accurate ball physics and a very engrossing game play.

The Best of 3D graphics pumped into the Metal Gear Solid Mobile game. The game has the power to get one addicted with its camera play. The character Snake sneaks on to the base to examine the ‘Metal gear REX’ and checks for faults. The player has to face a bulk of action and adventure with this game.

But this is not Konami’s final destination as they plan to produce more games for the year of 2008 and bag in a lot more awards in the coming years.
