LG known for its electronics, has introduced a new mobile handset LG Viewty (LG-KU990) in India. This mobile phone is known for its 5 mega pixel camera.
LG Viewty is a feature rich phone. This handset was launched earlier in the European market and was in great demand. They sold approximately 3,10,000 units.
V. Ramachandran, Director, Sales and Marketing, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. stated at the launch, “Mobile users are aspiring for better quality images to capture life’s special moments and we have responded to the market needs by launching Viewty.”
He further continued, “Following the success of Chocolate and Shine phones, we expect to have a hat trick with Viewty. In fact Viewty is seen as a much awaited product from LG and we are sure our technological edge and style factor will be taken well in the Indian market.”
The new LG Viewty has a LCD full touch screen which by adding a touch signal allows the user to confirm proper functioning of the touch screen.
The user on taking a picture can instantly view and edit their image on the 3-inch full LCD touch screen with its handwriting editing function before sharing special moment with loved ones.

LG Viewty’s full screen enables users to enjoy high quality DivX video files in wide screen format.
LG ‘Viewty’ also offers video recording up to120fps function for the users to bring images alive. They can take videos and easily share it with anyone by a single-click connection.
LG Viewty also offers single click connection through HSDPA 3.6 high speed which allows internet capability to YouTube.
The jog wheel placed on behind the handset allows for quick scrolling and searching; while playing music or videos and users can turn the volume up and down, fast-forward or rewind and zoom in and out.
Owners can easily select the modes – ‘Camera’, ‘Video’ and ‘Album’ with the 3-step module key.
LG Viewty has a professional 5 mega pixel camera. This camera phone has being certified by Schneider-Kreuznach for distinct clarity. These camera features are usually found in a high end stand alone cameras which also comes with Xenon flash.
The camera feature also includes manual focus, which enables the camera to focus on any point at the users’ convenience giving a perfect picture every time. Even in poor light or shaking moment, users can also benefit from ISO800 and SmartLight and one touch Image Stabilizer for bright and clear pictures.
LG Viewty is now available in Indian markets for Rs.21,900.
