LG rolls out SB210 touchscreen handset in South Korea

LG SB210 Handset It seems that ‘sports-inspired’ handsets are the latest trend. LG recently introduced an innovative handset that would be a delight for golfers. The touchscreen device dubbed SB210, features maps for 280 golf courses and other golf-related services such as the ‘Receive PJT’ application, reports Ubergizmo.

The LG handset incorporates a 3-inch touchscreen display that offers 240 x 400 resolution. Reportedly, the LG SB210 is inclusive of a built-in G-sensor, compass and a calories calculator. Seemingly, the GPS loads maps related to mountain climbing trails or golf courses. Further, the mobile phone packages a 3 megapixel camera, GPS navigation capability and 1,000mAh battery.

With 242MB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot, the device facilitates users to store their multimedia files effortlessly. Apparently, the dimensions of the SB210 touchscreen handset are 111mm x 55mm x 12.3mm and it weighs around 106 grams.

The LG SB210 touchscreen handset from LG will hit the stores in South Korea by the end of this month. The SB210 is expected to carry a price tag of around $539 and it may be retailed via South Korean network carrier SKT.
