LG Optimus 2X smartphone steps onto European realm

Optimus 2X With the introduction of stylish and sleek smartphones, the market is growing at a faster pace and mobile enthusiasts are certainly hooked onto their handsets. Keeping this in mind, LG has announced that it will uncover the Optimus 2X smartphone across Europe this month. This offering lends support to Adobe Flash player 10.1.

The 8GB storage space can be expanded up to 32GB, thereby enabling mobile buffs to save their favorite content with ease. Owners can watch their most liked images, videos and movies on the vibrant 4-inch WVGA screen. Users can immerse themselves in a full HD multimedia experience with 1080p video recording and playback. The Optimus 2X is powered by a 1500mAh battery and functions efficiently without any glitches.

“The LG Optimus 2X with the Tegra 2 mobile super chip is ushering in a new era of mobile computing,” quoted Michael Rayfield, general manager of Nvidia’s mobile business. “We’re proud of partnering with LG, one of the world’s leading mobile brands, to create a device that consumers look to as their computer first and phone second.”

In addition, users can snap up memorable moments using the rear-facing 8MP camera and enjoy seamless voice chats with a front-facing 1.3MP camera. The HDMI mirroring capabilities put forth digital content on widescreen TVs and PC monitors using a single cable. Gamers can play motion-sensitive games on larger screens with the help of the gyro sensor and HDMI mirroring.
