Now dubbed as the LG KC910 Renoir, the phone is all set for an official release in the European market later this month. A very artistic handset, The LG KC910 Renoir comes packed with some really innovative features.

The highlight of the phone is the Dolby Mobile feature. It is actually the first mobile phone to boast of Dolby’s integrated suite of audio processing technologies that promise some Dolby quality sound to your handset. Another very interesting attribute of the phone is its 8MP digital camera with Xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach lens, auto or manual focus, face, smile and blink detection and digital image stabilization.

Watch out for the TouchShot feature that will let you focus on an object by touching it on the phone’s screen. Expect the shutter to fire automatically once you lift your finger off the screen. This Quad band GSM handset additionally sports HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, WQVGA 240×400 touch screen display, Homescreen Widgets, Picture-Based Speed Dial, VGA video capture up to 30fps and QVGA capture up to 120 fps, DivX and XviD video support, integrated GPS with support for geotagging and location based services, TV Out and Bluetooth 2.0/WiFi connectivity.

While the price of this smartphone is still under wraps, LG plans to release it later this month in Europe with Asia and Latin America in November 2008, the Middle East and Africa in December 2008 and China in January of 2009.
