LG G6 goes up for pre-registrations in India

The LG G6 is heading to India soon, with the brand putting the phone up for pre-registrations on its website. Interested buyers can now fill in their personal details to get updated as and when the phone lands in the country.

To recap, the LG G6 initially made its debut in February at the MWC 2017. The brand hasn’t revealed when approximately the handset will be coming to India, but it’ll probably arrive here by the end of April or early May. As for its price, the phone currently goes for KRW 899800 in South Korea which translates to roughly Rs 50860.

The G5 was launched at Rs 52990 last year, so the brand may just stick to around the same cost range for its current flagship. The two are very different, with LG abandoning the former’s modular design in favor of a more conventional smartphone look.

The G6’s main attraction is its 5.7-inch QHD+ screen which the company calls a FullVision display. The smartphone features a minimal bezel style, enhanced by a unique 18:9 aspect ratio. The panel can be divided evenly into two squares, useful for multitasking and photo-taking.
