The Lenovo Miix 10 Windows 8-based tablet has finally gone up for sale and those in the US who are interested in laying their hands on this Microsoft-certified gadget can head over to the official website. The Lenovo slate was first introduced in June and a keyboard dock has also been released to help users turn the tab into a full fledged laptop.

This tablet’s front side is dominated by a 10.1-inch touchscreen of 1366 x 768p resolution as well as 1MP HD webcam that facilitates video conferencing while on the move. It doesn’t seem to have a rear facing camera though. The Lenovo Miix 10 slate’s internal working is carried out under the supervision of an Intel Atom Z2760 processor that clocks in a maximum speed of 1.8GHz to maintain smooth multitasking at all times.

The aforesaid chipset is accompanied by an Intel HD GPU which is responsible for delivering enhanced graphics as well as by 2GB of LPDDR2 RAM for smooth navigation. As for the internal hoarding space of the gadget, it amounts to 64GB and users will find all the common features in the tablet as well.

Furthermore, the slab has Bluetooth for transferring data to and from compatible gadgets and there’s Wi-Fi for internet access. A 2-cell lithium-polymer battery has also been integrated into the slate, which should be capable of keeping it charged for at least an entire day.
