Joby, renowned designer of the Gorillapod line of camera tripods recently unveiled the Gorillamobile. The company aims to offer tripod compatibility for almost all mobile devices with this accessory.
It features the most-admired ball-and-socket tripod legs, capable of attaching and balancing on any surface. The device provides consumers with a universal system for mounting any portable device. Capturing images, video recording and watching movies via the handsets is now become much easier with this accessory.

The Gorillamobile is compatible with mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players, portable gaming devices, GPS units, mini video cameras, pocket projectors and more. The package includes a custom-engineered suction cup mounting system, two removable high-bond adhesive clips and the conventional universal camera adapter. It features a lock ring that provides additional security to make sure that the mobile device is securely attached.
The Gorillamobile weighs less than 2 ounces and is around 6” in length. It comes with a price tag of $34.95 and is expected to hit the markets globally by late summer.
