Those addicted to Namco’s Match 3 PC game can now carry the game on their iPhones. Namco Networks has announced the launch of its Match 3 PC acclaimed game, Tinseltown Dreams: The 50’s for the iPhone users. Namco has developed this game in association with Big Blue Bubble, who have even created the Garters & Ghouls game for Namco.
This game revolves around Hollywood as its centre theme. In this game the players get a chance to be the director of the film and trade tiles to own-up a budget, hire a cast and crew and buy more props. The game has 35 cinematic levels based on Namco’s original PC version.
On the launch of the game, General Manager of Apple Games for Namco Networks, Jonathan Kromrey said that, “Merging the best Match 3 mechanics with the ability to create your own films using characters, sets and props is unlike anything else on the App Store and provides hours of enjoyment.”
The title of the game allows Facebook Connect, through which players can boast about their scores and in-game achievements. Apple enthusiast can expect the game to be on a Mac soon enough! The game for iPhone has been made available on Apple’s App Store at $2.99.
