Infinix has launched the Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro globally, with India becoming the first country to get its hands on the pair. Both handsets are basically the same and will be available exclusively via Flipkart. The only big difference between them is that the former carries 64GB of storage and the latter 128GB.
Infinix could have easily released the Zero 5 as a single phone with 2 memory variants instead of launching 2 different models. In any case, the first will set buyers back by Rs 17999 and the latter by Rs 19999. The price tags place the two firmly within the mid-range market sector.
The key aspect of the Zero 5 is the dual camera system at the back. There’s a 12MP rear camera with a Sony IMX386 sensor, a dual-LED flash unit, an aperture of f/2.0, as well as a 13MP secondary telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.6 and 2x optical zoom. The 16MP front-facing camera comes equipped with an LED flash unit to light up selfies in the dark.
