IMImobile announces Ad-Ring, the First Fully Integrated Mobile Ad Platform

IMImobile logo On Wednesday, India-IMImobile, a provider of VAS to mobile telecom operators and content owners, announced that it has kicked off pre-launch trails of its “Ad-Ring” mobile advertising platform. The new platform offers a setting in which multi-format ad campaigns can be produced and delivered to customers through an entire array of mediums including SMS, MMS, voice, WAP portal, caller ring back tone and video streaming. Also, Ad-Ring is delivered as a module within IMImobile’s ‘DaVinci’ service delivery platform (SDP) and is offered as a fully managed service. A humungous 4 billion user interactions worldwide in 2007 alone have been possible thanks to DaVinci.

Ad-Ring will be introduced commercially in Q1 of 2008. Its development is considered to be an innovative development of IMImobile’s established DaVinci managed service delivery platform which offers the tools to cost effectively put forth a line-up of services ‘off the shelf’, a development architecture to extend and deliver new services along with an environment where operators and affiliates access detailed market and infrastructure intelligence. The ‘open’ architecture allows easy integration with VAS platforms including WAP, SMS, MMS, caller ring back tone, Voice and Video.

DaVinci includes an exhaustive management information system making it possible for IMImobile’s consumers to correctly understand subscriber usage and behavior to establish individual requirements and target services accordingly. The management information system is fully integrated with Ad-Ring to offer comprehensive subscriber segmentation and targeting data, together with campaign measurement and analysis.
